I started Ida’s Classic Confections in honor of my grandmother as a way to carry on her legacy through the baking she so loved.
Every cookie, cake, cupcake, and pie I make is a tribute to her—a reminder that food isn’t just nourishment for the body, it’s nourishment for the soul.
